Here’s a bit of my journey:
As a mother of two balancing a career and family, I was diagnosed with pre-diabetes, hypertension, and obesity. My labs showed high triglycerides and markers of inflammation, and I struggled with plantar fasciitis, lower back pain, and carpal tunnel. On top of that, I faced stress, depression, and emotional eating.
By taking a lab-informed, structured approach to my nutrition and lifestyle, I was able to lower inflammation, improve metabolic health markers, lose weight sustainably, and reclaim energy, mobility, and confidence. For the first time, I felt fully in control of my health — and I never want to go back.
Since then, I’ve combined my personal experience with my scientific background and credentials to help others detect early metabolic dysfunction, understand their labs, and implement targeted nutrition and lifestyle strategies. My goal is to give clients clarity, measurable results, and the tools to create lasting metabolic health.
